Because everyone has the right to the best and whatever their budget, PRODIPE GUITARS launches the PRIMERA EQ. Designed for musicians and their comfort, the new EQ model incorporates the same characteristics as the acoustic model:

• Spruce top, back and sides in Mahogany
• Fitted bone for the Nut and saddle
• Double carbon reinforcements inserted in the neck for an optimal comfort, a thinner handle, a better balance and a reduced weight.

Because we build instruments with the needs of the musician in mind, the new PRIMERA EQ is built with a 48 mm width at nut, always more comfort and a simplified access for acoustic guitarists looking for nylon feelings.

Always equipped with our preamp EC1 - PRODIPE, extremely powerful and easy to use, it is already a reference thanks to its respect of the acoustic sound of the guitar and its bluffing presence.

The EC1 pre-amplifier was conceived for a single purpose: to give a very natural, balanced sound rich in harmonics.

ALL Wood Soloist Range

The difference between the SOLOIST 500 and the SOLOIST 700 is in the wood. The SOLOIST 700 is our first ALL wood guitar and the first of our 'luthier-made' range.

Just like the SOLOIST 500, we have rigorously picked out the best wood around: solid African mahogany for the back and the ribs, and solid Canadian cedar for the soundboard, both from Maderas Barber, a huge name among Spanish luthiers. At Maderas Barber, the wood is specially selected from the warehouse where it has been carefully stored for many years. After leaving the warehouse, the drying process continues as the wood stabilises in Yao Hanson’s workshop before finally being used to make the instrument.

And now to Pierre Lelièvre, the architect of this project, whose expertise as a music professional has helped us achieve the SOLOIST 700.

The guitar is sensational – the sound it projects is rich and harmonious. Nobody can be in any doubt that this is a fitting tribute to the history of lutherie. What we’ve done at PRODIPE GUITARS is merge the skills of the luthier and the guitarist to create the SOLOIST 700 at an incredible price.

The new SOLOIST 900 is perfect proof of the combined know-how that Yao Hanson, Pierre Lelièvre and the PRODIPE GUITARS team have brought to the project..

This guitar is the flagship of the SOLOIST range, but more than anything else, it’s all about the choices we’ve made:

• Solid ovangkol for the back and the ribs. This wood, which sits somewhere between mahogany and rosewood, gives a rich, accurate and astonishingly powerful sound. We’ve chosen ovangkol because we want to show our commitment to modernity and performance. The soundboard is in solid Canadian cedar from Maderas Barber, a huge name among Spanish luthiers. At Maderas Barber, the wood is specially selected from the warehouse where it has been carefully stored for many years.
• Ebony for the fingerboard to ensure that the instrument stands the test of time and keeps on delivering a dynamic sound.
• Finally, Pierre Lelièvre has thought about the necessary adjustments to optimise a luthier-made guitar which is always ready to serve the musician.
